The People and Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Shrine's HR and talent management efforts. Working closely with the People and Culture Manager, the role helps to enhance employee experience, improve internal communications, and drive initiatives that foster a positive organisational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping employees succeed.
